It's time so sell my 400, have had her for nearly 19years with short break in the middle. She brought me such fun, so many firsts, and kept me connected with friends afar when had no other means of transport. know this bike very well and have maintained myself with few exceptions due either to time or tools where by have used garage (fork seals for example).

I've looked after her as best can, replacing worn out, tired or failed bits as needed, she taught me so much about riding, about loving the machines to get the best from them. I'm very sad to see her go as are my friends who have grown as attached to her as myself and my family (took my daughter for her first ride on her and let my wife use here occasionally too). would love to see her go to someone that would appreciate her and use her!

If you would be interested in buying very well loved classic bike that is A2 legal and ready to go now (mot expiring 11/4/20), albeit with some rust and miles visible please read on.

It has had the following work carried out in the last few years (under 3,000kms since '14),
New battery this week,
Replacement engine (I fitted 20,000km motor due to noisy big end)
Chain and sprockets (at the same time as the engine)
Michelin tyres (in the original sizes) nearly new and spare plugged rear to go with the bike
Front and rear brake pads and discs (unopened front spare pads to go with the bike)
Fuel tap(new this week)
New original mirrors
Led head light bulb
Headlight bowl
Hagon shock
K'n'n air filter
Re-covered seat
MOT tested and passed 12/4/19 expires 11/4/20

The bad bits,
Clocks work but under read the speed.
It has surface rust in few places but nothing significant to cause failure. The wheels are showing but if corrosion.

Located in South London near M23/M25 junction.

I do have van so can deliver for an additional £1.50 per mile within 100 miles of my location.
