All original Honda CB400A Hondamatic.  Automatic gearbox.   Owned since October 2000. Only 11,600 miles from new.
It could be used as it is, subject to Mot Test, or would make good renovation project. 
It has not been used on the road for number of years, but rode it for short distance recently and all appears to be in working order.
In September 2020 it will be 40 years old and becomes entitled to zero road tax and no longer subject to Mot Test.
It has electric key start and kick starter. It will start easily by either method.
I am including the original owners handbook, the service schedule booklet and Haynes Workshop Manuel in the sale.
It also has it's original tool kit which can be seen in the photo.
