For sale is my Honda CB500K0 from 1971. It is very original, with the original four-into-four exhaust and chrome.
It runs beautifully, and has matching numbers.
I have just spent £1000 on the following;
New front brake hoses and hose clips.New fuel lines and fuel tap.New head set bearings.New swing arm bushes.New rectifier.New ignition coils.New wiring.New oil switch.New oil pump seals and oil switch.New intake rings, rubbers and clips.
Work done;
Carbs stripped and cleaned.New fuel lines and fuel tap fitted.Removed oil pump and fitted new rings.New coil set fitted.Ignition advance mechanism repaired.Fitted new alternator/rectifier.Rewired.Fitted new headset bearings.
Roadtested.
These bikes are very rare, and the great little four-cylinder engines are virtually bullet-proof.
A real collectors item, that will only go up in value.
