This fantastic machine has been completely reliable in my years of ownership. I've kept on top of all the scheduled maintenance, and have carried out the first major service (including valve clearance checks) approximately 3,000 miles ago at Honda main dealership. am the second owner, having purchased it from the original owner on approx. 3,500 miles it has been used for my work commute, delivering constant average of 75 mpg. The bike was eligible for its first MOT in September last year, which it sailed through without problem.
As well as being great machine straight out of the box, this CB500x is enhanced by number of helpful extras which will all come with the bike at point of sale if my asking price is reached;
- Fuel exhaust silencer (subtle, powerful sound).
- Michelin Pilot Road tyres front and rear with plenty of tread remaining. This is top tier, premium rubber.
- Colour matched top box and side panniers.
- RAM smartphone mount, it keeps your smartphone in an iron grip.
- GIVI touring screen, excellent wind protection when cruising.
- GIVI fairing protection.
- GIVI hand protectors.
- Oxford heated grips. Lovely in the cold!
- Upgraded rear LED indicators.
- Tail tidy.- Original exhaust and small screen will also go with the bike.
I have nothing but praise for this motorbike. didn't want anything too powerful after passing my bike test, and with 47bhp and comfortable, tall riding position and luggage, it has served me very well indeed, but with the summer have decided to upgrade to another Honda.
Coming with full, documented history, spare key and service book this bike is ready to be ridden. have priced it accurately honestly for private sale, so please, no foolish offers. With the extras, recent major service and general condition of the bike will not be letting it go for low price. Sensible offers will be listened to, however!
