HONDACB650 NIGHTHAWK 1983 RC08 Bought this great bike two years ago. Unfortunately, havinglost our storage space, it’s now for sale.Like most bikes that are 33 years old, it has some bad andsome good points which are listed below.Good·        Both tyres have plenty of tread having done less than 1,000 miles·        The bike has been reliable and has had all thenecessary service items since we’ve had it. It starts first time and has neverlet us down.·        Fork seals replaced last year ·        Passed MOT on 23/05/16 with no advisories·        All original apart from mirrors and seat.
Not so good·        Paint on the tank has bubbled around the petrolcap, been told this is because it isn’t lacquered and some pitting on chrome(see photos) ·        Uses bit of oil now and again (no smoke fromexhaust)·        Carbs could do with balancing and cam chainadjusting although it runs fine (did 150 miles last Saturday without issue)  Like most bikes on here, the photos probably flatter thebike bit, so viewings are recommended and can be arranged any evening orweekend. Please don’t waste either mine or your valuable time withridiculous offers, in no rush to sell. Cash on collection please.
