KICK START ONLY
Absolutely stunning, professional Scrambler build, probably one of the best you will find. Runs beautifully without fault and handling is spot on. Engine has had brand new barrel and piston with rings fitted and new left generator cover. It has been fully serviced, valves checked and adjusted and new points installed. New clutch plates fitted. Internal centrifugal oil filter and external oil strainer cleaned and new oil. K&N style pod filter along with new jetted carburettor. Runs spot on and always starts first or second kick. Compression readings show excellent results 170PSI. Complete engine has been taken back to bare metal and finished in high temp clear engine enamel. New heavy-duty chain and sprockets fitted. All bearings have been checked greased and all cables have been oiled. New headset bearings fitted.
The frame has been modified involving shortening at the rear and stubby mudguard added with mini LED rear indicator installed inside the frame tube. All excess lugs and brackets and rear foot peg mounts have been removed from the swinging arm and frame finished in gunmetal black enamel. It has side mounted bracket for the number plate with grill covered brake, tail and number plate lights. Show plate and full size plate included.
Rear shock absorbers have been up-graded to set of new Honda CB750 shocks and the front forks have been stripped and refurbished with new oil and seals with new fork gaiters fitted and fork bottoms painted..
Front and rear wheels including the hubs have been finished in two pack British Racing Green and the front and rear wheel bearings have been replaced, front and rear brakes have been fully serviced with new brake shoes. New larger off road, road=legal knobbly tyres fitted front (3.00 18) and rear (4.10 18) both have been balanced.
Original fuel tank sanded back and painted in British Racing Green with cap and tap and custom one of kind seat unit. Modified rear under-tray. New handlebars fitted with new brown grips new bullet style front indicators installed with new LED relay. Original retro style headlight fitted with amber tinted lens and new speedometer and warning lights. Ignition switch relocated to right side below the seat. New slim-line gel battery 12v 2.5Amp fitted under the seat. Modified wiring loom to allow all lights to be powered direct from the battery giving constant and far better lighting system.
