Welcome to this listing, here we have for sale classic Honda CR 250 Red Rocket 1979 model. The bike is very good low hour, solid and mostly original example of this classic motocross bike and it is all ready to ride or race. The Bike recently came over from the USA where it was used as one of pair in race team, at the end of the 79/80 season the bike was put away and for unknown reasons left and forgot about. After 35 years in dry barn in Utah it made it's way to myself. The bike has been stripped down to basics and rebuilt with all that was necessary to rebuild her back to usable race bike. New parts include front and rear new tyres, new rear rim, new con rod and crank rebuild, re-bore with new piston and rings, seals, gaskets, the seat has been recovered it has new air filter, new front and rear fenders and new side panels and number board, new chain and sprockets and lots of other bits needed. did not bother powder coating the frame or painting the engine and did not re paint the tank, there is slight ding (pictured) as it is not a show bike it is to ride or race and priced accordingly.
