have worked on thesebikes for years, and tend to know them quite well, Carbsultrasonically cleaned and rebuilt with new seals SS screws etc.Triple bypass completed some years ago only 200 miles done sincethen. Starter motor modified so it actually turns the engine overas it should (all these starters have earthing problems) Rear discis getting thin but still in spec, new disc included in the sale. Frame and Swing arm/centre stand all blasted and powder coated,wheels blasted and powder coated, then rebuilt with new bearings. The fairing is Pantera Mk2 made in Fareham Hampshire in early 80s, It has new Touring screen fitted, but you can still get the smallerracing type screens from Skidmarx. All paintwork new, with slightscuff mark on one of the lower fairings.
New items fittedinclude:-Petrol filler cap,Petrol fuel tap, all brakes rebuilt with new venhill brake lines andsilicone fluid, Brake pads, Exhausts (made by OS pipes in StainlessSteel to match originals), Ignition lock, H-Box, Cam chain, Mastercylinder, Tyres front is years old, rear is brand new, (rearreplaced due to cracking), Touring screen, Battery months ago,Hagon rear shock, Air Filter, Oil filter,Radiator cap. lot of thechrome work on the bike has been rechromed 3-4 year ago.
I have spent lot onthe bike, but have developed hand problems and am unable to ride atthe moment, have other CX's in various states of rebuild thoughso plenty to keep me occupied, and really would like to see thebike used as it should.
No MOT as cannot rideat the moment, so needs to be van or trailered away, last MOT in2016 shows 19114 miles travelled, so only 200 or so miles since then. Starts on the button as it should, and all electrics work.  have no idea if the mileage is correct, after 35 years who knows, but it runs well with no rattles.
