Black and Red Honda NC750 DCTThis is great bike comfortable, incredibly economical, perfectly reliable etc etc.If you have never ridden one of Honda's Dual Clutch Transmission automatics then you will be in for very pleasant surprise.  Riding without having to change gear sounds like it might be strange, but turns out to be incredibly easy to adjust to, and once you do, just amazingly effortless and relaxing.I bought this it about months ago and have really enjoyed riding it, having covered about 1,500 miles in all weathers.  It comes with brilliant Oxford Heated Grips with intelligent control that ensures they can't flatten your battery or overheat and keep you hands warm on the coldest of days. My company AutoRD Limited was going to use it as the basis of our next Autonomous motorcycle (please see our website if you are interested).  However we have decided to use different bike, so have no reason to keep it and unfortunately don't have space for it.Its' in great condition, Honda's finish quality is great, so it still looks pretty fresh even after fairly regular use through the winter.Mechanically it is absolutely spot on.It is still on its original tyres the front has very little wear, the rear is about half worn.  Chain and sprockets and brake pads are all good.  There are few marks from use and normal wear and tear.  It is just coming up to years old so will be due an MOT in June.  This will clearly be formality, so it will be sold with full 12 month MOT.AutoRD is the bikes second owner.  It's first owner was mature lady (Company Director. Clare Jaggard-Smith), when she had owned it for about 15 months, and covered about 5,000 miles she slid off it on the left hand side while riding in the Italian Alps (as described in her facebook post).  The bike suffered minor damage: scrape on LH fork bottom, scrape on LH headlamp bracket, scrape on alternator cover, scrape on LH belly pan, scrape on LH tank cover, broken front LH indicator, broken LH rear indicator lense, scraped paint on LH front frame down tube and bent handlebars.   (Clare also removed the aftermarket tall screen to use on her replacement NC750).  All very easily and cheaply fixed, but the insurance company categorized it as category category and chose not to repair it, due to the frame paint damage. The bike was then (eventually) transported back from Italy to Southern Ireland where it was sold by Copart (a salvage company) to AutoRD. We then had it transported back to England where are technicians carried out the necessary repairs. Photos 10,11 and 12 show the pre-repair damage. The bike has now covered total of approximately 6,500 miles since new, however to confuse matters, discovered last week that HPI shows an incorrect mileage of 22,606 for the bike from 25/4/18.  This is due to someone entering the mileage incorrectly when the bike was for sale on the Copart site (the Copart workers not being the sharpest tools in the box, they failed to work out how to release the parking brake listing the bike as having jammed rear brake and did not succeed in selecting the mileage display on the dash when photographing the bike, showing only an empty trip display).  have FB messaged Clare to ask her verify the mileage, but have not yet received response.  have contacted HPI to get the mileage record corrected, but do not yet know whether this will be possible it is worth noting though that this type of error is quite frequent (see Pistonheads posts about them) whatever mileage someone puts in when making HPI check is assumed to be correct, so errors are frequently made.  However, be in no doubt, the indicated mileage of just under 6,500 is without doubt correct, as testified by the condition of all components. On 01-May-19 at 11:15:56 BST, seller added the following information:Note: The bike is located in Taunton, Somerset.   There is fast train service from London and Bristol, and by pre-arrangement can meet the buyer at the station.   There are also cheap coach services connecting to most major cities etc.Delivery may be possible, but you would need to discuss it with me first.
