1991 Honda XL600VM, rebuilt couple of years ago and runs perfectly, starts easily hot or cold, never misses beat, selects gears with ease, joy to ride. The gold wheels clean up well, there are few small scratches and marks around the bike, it has been used on and off the highway and with dual sport avon tyres you too could enjoy bit of green laning!

The bike has been upgraded with led running lights, indicators and tail light, the headlights are twin round lamps (africa twin inspired), there is clock, usb charging point and battery charging monitor. The Delkevic stainless steel exhaust adds lovely burble to the engine note, the small crackles on over-run raise smile every time. The bike was named 'the sopwith camel' the night rode it home from buying it (120 miles to enjoy it's ease of use) and added bullet holes take the eye off scratches and have strangers wanting to ask you questions about it, it isn't vintage bike but people still enquire about it being almost 30 years old.

The clocks were replaced during the rebuild so currently read 21751 but the real mileage is 44804, all documented to keep it correct and above board. Oil, plugs, air filter and other service parts are under 1000 miles old, the tyres are with plently of life left in them, the MOT had no advisories, it is not concours but very solid, reliable and useable bike, it is not sports bike but will happily keep up with most cars and bikes.

The givi top box and rack are not included, all original parts removed are included if wanted (headlight, tail light, indicators, passenger foot pegs, tool box, centre stand), other transalp owners have complimented the alterations, one asking me for the supplier info as they plan to alter theirs too.

I will be sorry to see this bike go but change of job and too many toys means things have to go, don't want anything but cash in exchange.

Viewing possible during the auction, collection by you or your arranged courier will be accommodated, we live by metro rail station close to the city centre if you arrive at the train station or local airport.
