VERY reluctantly up for sale is my 1972 H2 drag bike, this bike has been bit notorious over the Years at Shakey and Santa Pod, it has put lot of modern sportsbikes to shame on it's frequent trips to Matlock and even ran rings around bikes over the mountain on the Isle of Man.
I bought this bike in pieces over 20 Years ago, it has full 130 HP Paul Gast Motor, lock up clutch, 40mm lectrons, Airshifter, Astralite wheels, widened frame, Spondon (air tank) Swing arm Etc Etc
The bike has done around 200 miles at the drag strip and has been ultra reliable, the other 800+ miles have been ridden on the UK's roads terrorising other, newer bikes. In all this time it has been ultra reliable with only crank bearing failing at 30 miles and piston crown breaking off at 700 miles.
The bike still runs great but is in need of new home and some care and attention.
It will come with some silencers for the Gast Sidewinder pipes and also set of somewhat battered Stainless steel DENCOS that use to use on the street.
The motor and frame are NOT matching and you cannot put this bike back to stock H2.
My reason for selling is that have emigrated and have enough bikes already in my life  The bike is LOT of fun and to be honest not for the faint hearted If you like adrenalin then you will LOVE this bike!
