Kawasaki kz1000 1978  so no tax or mot ..registered as historic ..V5 present UK registeredStarted life as Police spec but the only thing left from this are the clocks and switches which are the original ones .i left them on as like them but replacements are readily available at Power if you wanted to replace them .The engine has been completely rebuilt with welded crank to make it more or less indestructible .Oil and filters changed about 500 miles ago .Runs and rides great ... it's not minter but it's in decent enough condition .All in all good decent useable classic .Only selling as don't really use it so thought might as well let it go ...any questions just ask ..no silly offers thanks ..
RELISTED DUE TO SCAMMER ..msisido1 ..watch out for him ..sent fake ebay pages asking me to click links to show he had paid ..which he hadn't ....
Just got it out for someone to view and wouldn't you know it the right fork seal has gone so will need sorting.I've reduced the starting price to reflect this ........  
I've been contacted by few classic bike collectors knowledgeable folk and apparently this rare and collectable model of z1000. The original "CHIPS" model of which there are few. have been advised its worth at least 5k so have put the starting bid at 4500 taking into account the fork seals. If it doesn't go will repair and keep. Sorry if the listing seems bit up and down...
