Moto Guzzi 1200 Stelvio 8V I bought this on whim last October. Basically it’s just too heavy and bulky for me It has an MOT till October this year, it’s only done few miles since the last mot I have changed the oil and filters new  spark plugs and had the wheels refurbished (sandblasted and powder coated in gloss black with Moto guzzi decals new wheel bearings as well all discs and brakes cleaned up Heated grips .First of all the mileage is showing 8843 which is not the total mileage and cannot prove the actual mileage was told it had replacement speedo at around 20k miles in 2013/2014 hence the total mileage at guess is around 29k however it could be more, Can only go on previous MOT history too.The bike overall is tidy for 13 year old bike and very presentable Starts easy and rides OK ,Charged the battery and went for short spin today ,very torquey and nice sounding twin exhaust note. The front plastic headlight cover has crack and there are some light scrapes around the bike commensurate with age. No smoke either hot or cold on start up, it’s apparent the left hand cylinder head is more tappety  than the right now this could be the tappets need adjustment or cam follower issue which according to the forums is pretty common problem  ,probably If didn’t point this out normal person could not tell but would rather be honest it’s certainly not that noisy but distinct tapping. So due to this am selling as spares repairs with no guarantee have the original service book with some early services shown V5 in my name  and some old MOTs keys and one remote rear panniers and mirrors mirrors not shown) Pretty sure you can ride home however as mentioned no guarantee, if you are dab hand at tinkering and know what you are doing you will be getting bargain,It owes me lot more than the start price. collection from Didcot south Oxfordshire please.No PayPal.As always it will always look better in the pictures than in real life.
