bought this very low mileage NTV650P last August with the intention of getting it running, and quick clean. Got bit carried away though. I've done my best to get the bike looking, and running like new, it's not standard having twin headlight fairing, and other non original parts fitted.I'll try to list all the work done, so here goes....
  ENGINE.Valve clearences adjusted.Shell Ultra synthetic oil, and genuine filter.Clutch/Alternator gaskets replaced.Engine resprayed.New bolts fitted.New stainless Motad exhaust.Clutch cable.
  IGNITION.New plugsCoils checked   Primary 2.5 ohms                         Secondary 32k ohmsPulse generators checked 430/428 ohms.
  COOLING SYSTEM.All orings replaced.New fan switch.Good quality coolant.
  FUEL SYSTEM.Carbs ultrasonically cleaned.New pilot jets/float valves, and seats, float bowl, and air screw orings.Fuel height checked.Diaphragms checked.Throttle cables.New fuel lines, and pump.
  WHEELS AND BRAKES.Dunlop Sportsmax tyres.Front wheel bearings.New EBC Prolite front discEBC HH pads front, and rear.New rear master cylinder.Stainless brake lines.Calipers cleaned.Wheels resprayed in 2k      SUSPENSION.Forks have been stripped, and checked with new oil, and seals.New Hagon rear shock.Swinging arm bearings checked, and torqued.
  FRAME.Frame, and most parts/brackets have been powder coated.Steering head bearings greased, and adjusted.Most bolts have been replaced with flanged stainless.The seat cowl, and front mudguard needed respray, but tank/side panels polished up very nicely.Tank is squeaky clean inside.Centre stand fitted.
  FINAL DRIVE.Oil replaced.New crush washer, and oil seal.
  ELECTRICS.New ignition switch.Wiring loom checked, and cleaned.New horns.Charging system checked 14.6 volts.New battery.
