 and here we go gain...

Hello and Welcome,

Here is my Suzuki GSF 650 K6 for sale,

since bought it, spent lot of money and all my spare time on it. took it all to pieces, cleaned it, regreased where needed, repainted...
I will try to write as brief description as can, but please keep in mind that there is lot to mention, and might forget some of it.
front wheel rim got painted in black, brand new front brake discs and pads, brake calipers were washed in ultrasonic cleaner and rebuilt. fork
bottoms got spray painted in black, oil and seals replaced to fresh ones, stanchions have no pitting or scratches, and to keep it that way
placed black rubber boots on top of them. triple tree was powder coated in black and bearings replaced to new ones. headlight was stripped
apart, lens polished, and originally chrome ring around it powder coated.

when bought it speedometer wasnt working at all, someone was playing with wires lot. so replaced main wiring loom to get it working and
keep it nice and clean. both handle bar switches were replaced, front brake master cylinder washed in ultrasonic cleaner, rebuilt and refilled
with fresh brake fluid, also replaced front brake stop switch, clutch choke and throttle cables with new ones. Frame was powder coated, all the
plastics repainted, tank was flushed and cleaned, seat reupholstered with original cover old one had some holes, turn signals replaced to
flush LED ones, and relay replaced to non resistant relay to keep the flash rate up to standard. passengers hand rail, foot rest bracket and
drivers kick panels were powder coated as well. replaced old horn with new one.

Rear brake cylinder and caliper also was washed in ultrasonic cleaner and rebuilt, fresh oil. brand new brake disc and pads. rim, hub and
sprocket painted in black. brand New chain. swing arm itself was replaced with the one from 2009 model perfect fit and looks nice (old one was
in bad state).

talking about engine... when bought it, it was leaking oil through oil drain pipes right on top of the exhaust, so thought will strip it
to that point to replace seals with all the pipes, but...started checking everything on  my way, and since didnt know the mileage on the
engine, checked almost everything and replaced almost every seal and bearing inside the engine, and that was pricey...

camshafts were in ok condition, within specs but could do with better ones to be honest. valves regrinded, timing chain and chain guides
replaced. Pistons cleaned and checked all good, all piston rings were replaced, bores within specification, and with no scrapes or out of
shape. All crankshaft bearings were not that bad, and oil gaps were within specification, but replaced to new ones all of them. all oil pump
seals replaced and since oil pipes at the back of the engine were not pretty and drain pipes were leaking replaced all pipes and seals. well
and apart from that all the rest of the seals were replaced, and all round new gaskets including breather and chain tensioner. by the way clutch
basket is in good condition no marks where plates touching. alternator's base was cracked so swapped to the one from 6k miles bike.
starter brushes and brush housing replaced to new ones. brand new oil cooler. exhaust was cleaned from that burnt oil, and wrapped to make it
look even nicer.

clocks show 216172, but none of that matters, as all the important bits were replaced, and the tachometer should be set back to 0. clutch
will need adjusting, in the worst case swapping plates, and carbs might need bit of tweaking.

To sum it up, bike is in very good running condition, have built it for myself and the way would love it,  and do not want to sell it, but unfortunately have some expenses to cover, and have no choice. so i'm hoping that someone will appreciate all the work have done to it, and all the money have spent on it (by the way, have spent more that 2.5k on it) and trust me would not sell it if wouldn't have to.

by the way, keys, no MOT at the moment, documents on my name.

sorry but no returns.
can deliver within reasonable distance, but will ask for deposit and to cover my fuel upfront.
