My much cherished bike, owned for 8yrs many MOT's in the file showing mileage.The bike is listed on the V5 as Historic vehicle' so no MOT's the road tax is freeI've owned few GT's but it's time to move this one on, I'm in my 60's now find it bit heavy tomanoeuvre when parking. As you know these strokes triples are getting harder to find.Everything works as it should, no issues needed prior to driving away.Engine sounds pulls away as it should, the sound ! It will take you straight back to the 70's.The previous owner said the engine had been entirely rebuilt hence the 2010 reg. date but cannot confirm that other than to say it always runs sounds sweetAll electric's working incl. gear indicatorSeat 100% no rips, Dial glasses replaced clearMudgaurds sound treated on underside. Bike frame powder coated.The casings are not polished but finished in Halfords silver wheel paint lacquer, These bikes were originally issued with lacquered casings but it's not so common now. If you want to polish them like all the others then it is fairly easy process.[ Nitromors elbow grease ]Exhausts are good but not show condition, the left outer has small ding 100mm below the cylinder clamp, you can see it in the pic's it shows up as line approx. 20mm long [ like it has been hit with sharp edge ]otherwise, no bashes, scrapes or road rash. As you'll know these bikes have exhausts from the three cylinders need TLC to keep them looking good.The paint on the petrol tank is in 'old gold' rather than the orangey gold ' & has some minor 'orange peel mottling in few small areas. Nice candy depth to the finish. The headlamp casing black has been repainted at some point could do with being done again, have spare chrome model if you prefer that look.This bike will cheer you up on nice weekend run you'll forever be meeting guys who say had one of those back in my youth.This bike was advertised months ago, but the buyer failed to conclude
