FOR SALESUZUKI RG 125 WOLF ONE OFF UNFINISHED PROJECT.
I bought this off friend who bought  it as wreck, and then made it into the cool little bike it is. He spent fortune, put loads of time into it and then lost interest right at the end!This bike is 90% complete project.Its 1994 RG 125 wolf which is the unfaired version of the RGV 125.whats been done:-Frame swing arm / forks wheels and ancillaries powder coated black.Two new avon road rider tyres fitted.All new bearing and seals on wheels forks swing arm head bearings.Suzuki SV 650 rear shock with one off link arms to get correct ride height.Brakes overhauled, new pads, braided hoses fitted.Engine fully stripped and all new main bearings and seals, clutch, painted cases.Exhaust derestricted and aprillia carbon silencer fitted.New switchgear on either handle bars.New throttle assembly fitted.RGV clocks fitted with temp gauge.Airbox removed and RAMAIR filter fitted.Stainless steel fixings fitted throughout bike!
He worked in design and had the use of CNC milling machine, so did lots of subtle mods, like machining the yoshimura team symbol into the engine side cover and powervalve cover, he has made carbon fibre rear silencer clamps, headlamp mounts and front mudguard holder. His own silicon exhaust mount rubbers. He made switch holder on the handle bar, and then modified the wiring loom so you could turn the powervalve motor on or off! knurled footpegs, and modified foot peg holders.alloy swing arm end plates, one off engine chain guard, 
So it basically had full rebuild to high standard, and he ran it in for 90 miles and that is all it has done. 
This is when bought  it and he said it had stopped revving and would only tick over, and he had spent enough time and energy on it.It turned out the power valve mechanism had failed and allowed them to move in and hit the piston!The cylinder will need welding and re plating and new piston.Included is set of fixed powervalve blanks which give full power but no low down torque, but will not fail, or you could get some more powervalves, your choice?I am including spare complete engine and standard exhaust. all know about this is it has sleeved liner in and needs reboring.I purchased very clean second hand petrol tank and set of side panels, so these need sorting and painting up to make the bike what ever you want.There are jobs that need doing to finish it, but this is good little winter project.There is probably more, but think if you are interested you need to see it to appreciate it.why am selling it? dont really want to but it has sat in my shed for the last four years and will probably sit there another four before get time to do it! so better it goes to someone who could finish it and enjoy it. no MOT, log book in my name, Any questions 07766145330Cash on collection.
