Welcome to my joy and pride, Suzy. This is the 2nd SV1K Ive owned in the past years. The first one was knocked off on and it was written off and because loved it so much went and purchased another one.
Ive brought Suzy over year ago for bags of fun and commuting. It an unbelievable motorcycle and so under-rated against its competition.
Please note the insurance on this motorcycle is far cheaper than the likes of R6/CBR600RR and so on because 1. Its not stolen as often 2. Its not listed as Super Sport (Standard instead) even though its faster.


Body Work: Motorcycle is in good condition, Body work and panels are straight and original. few stone chips here and there but nothing major. The paint job still blinds you from the shine.
Engine: Recently serviced and running strong. Unbelievable how well it pulls. Run slightly rich, believe previous owner had it tuned this way for performance. 
Exhaust: Devil Twin Cans.
Tires and Brakes: Tires are Pilot Road 4's both front and back with lot of thread. Brake Front and Back Pads were changed and bled about months ago, But may change them again soon as commute to work and use these alot.
Accessories: Devil Exhaust End Cans, LED Side lights, LED Headlight (Bright like HID but low energy and life expectancy), Fully Faired including the rare expensive lower fairing, Crash Bungs, Rear Hugger, Tail Tidy, 8x6 Number Plate.

Mileage will go up as its being used daily. currently commute 30miles day total.
Only recommendation would have is to have it re-tune for the exhaust.
No test pilots please, Money in hand and then you can take it for spin. understand you want to test before you buy, but dont want wreck after you try.
