This is new bike build built by SDC Performance and can be viewed at our workshops please call to view ).
V5 document is present owner from new 2004 model.
Bike has had complete strip and rebuilt from the ground up.
Engine has had full service valve clearances cam timing compression check new spark plugs oil and filter.
Engine has been thoroughly cleaned prior to servicing ready for build.
Frame Swingarm Yokes Fork lowers have all been cleaned and stripped and given new 2K satin black finish.
Wheels have been cleaned and stripped and given new 2K gloss black finish.
All chassis bearings have been stripped cleaned checked re packed or replaced if required head race suspension linkage swingarm wheel
HyperPro race suspension
Rear shock is fully adjustable Ride height compression rebound , preload.and remote reservoir
Front forks have been completely stripped and rebuilt new seals fork oil modified damper rods and HyperPro springs.
Pipercross Hi Flow air filter
Laser deeptone race exhaust
Fueling set up on Dynojet rolling road with ECU re map Currently running 72 BHP at the rear wheel recorded SAE on Dynojet 250 rolling road.
All brake calipers fully stripped and rebuilt new seals HEL braided brake lines and DOT fluid .
New Talon chain and sprocket set 520 pitch and track ratios
