Hi, This is an auction for my 1980 Triumph Bonneville 750. It's in the rare colour of gold, and has the VERY rare brown seat as standard, so stands out from 95% of other Bonnevilles on the road.I've only had it for months, and wouldn't be selling it if it wasn't for an upgrade that is arriving very shortly.Saying that, I'm in no rush to sell. Offers will be listened to, but silly offers will just not be heard. It's done just over 34,000 miles, of which, I've done around 350. Not once has it missed beat, or failed to start.I have the reg doc in my possession, which says only previous owners. 2. In 41 years. It's not show pony, but in my opinion, it's in decent condition. The chrome comes up nice, and the paint-work, although having one or two marks, is good original paint. The only fault know of is that the kill switch doesn't work, which has never been as issue for me. Other than that, it starts, runs and stops as it should. There is very small weep from the left of the casing. I'm told this is Triumph thing. like to think it's not leaking, it's crying when put it away. It is small drip, and not puddle or pool. can't even measure how much it's lost in months.Comes with keys, and key ring with picture of the bike on it.Although not needing it, it was MOT'd early last December, and has no advisories.I live in Telford in the Midlands (TF3), and the bike can be collected from there. Viewing is also possible, but do work quite long hours. I'm sure we could sort something out if you wish to view. The final bid is the amount to be paid.Due to the age, no warranty given unfortunately. No test rides without proof of insurance, and me holding the payment as deposit.I would prefer cash, or bank transfer, as Paypal charges are ridiculous.Thank you for reading. If you have any questions, please get in touch.Colin.
