Landy needs new gearbox, so -
For sale at set price of £900, two Yamaha XS750 project bikes.
Bought them on whim few years ago, and they've been taking up space in the garage ever since.
The red-tanked one is touring model, with larger fuel tank, electronic ignition and electric start. The other is standard, points ignition bike with kicker.
Both bikes are more or less all there, altho' they both need some work to get them on the road. The red one has stripped head. There's scored bore on one of the bucket shims. Needs cam chain. Barrels look good. Needs left hand crank casing too think. Tyres have stayed up on that one.
The other is in poorer nick, mostly stripped. The head and barrels are off, as is the left crank casing. Right hand crank casing is on but not fastened. No cam chain. Tyres are pretty much dead, back one's flat. did start to strip this one, plan was to do stripped-back lowrider, but then life got in the way.
Both bikes have good cams, there's new cam chain and gasket set. There's two sets of three into one exhausts, probably some aftermarket Motads or the like, looking pretty solid. There's set of braided hoses in there too. think there's two ignitions with keys too. have both V5's, altho' not in my name. Frame and engine numbers tally with the log books.
Plus all the usual kit like plastics, air boxes, carbs, etc. might be shy one end cowl, or back light cowl assembly. Could be some extra stuff in there too, see another top yoke in one of the boxes.
Couple of paddock stands to go too, as well as Haynes manual.

Expect dust, spiders, seized fasteners, rust, probably some rat droppings too.
