This very rare Original UK Bike with original paint. This is not US Import, as most you will see for sale are.
This is 1976 model DT100 Enduro, which was registered in February 1977. It has only covered 15057 miles from new.
It has matching frame and engine numbers.
I have owned the bike for nearly years. bought it for nostalgia as purchased one of these bikes brand new in 1976, in this exact colour. 
This bike is totally original and it still has it's original paint, which is very rare in this world of over-restored bikes. The only item which has been replaced is the seat, as the original one had rip in it. It even has the original number plate with the original Dealer sticker on it (Philpots of Tunbridge Wells).
During my ownership, have rebuilt the oil pump with new parts and have also put in new piston ring. It has brand new battery, which put in yesterday.
The tyres are in very good condition. last rode the bike months ago in Summer 2019 and it rode well. have started it up in the last few days and it runs fine.
The paintwork is original and is still the original vibrant green. To analyse the paintwork thoroughly (I know I'll be asked): The tank has some very small patches of surface rust. The green side oil tank panel has surface rust in patches. The white headlight brackets and white headlight surround have some very small patches of surface rust. But love this and it adds to the aged patina and would never repaint it. have always been determined to keep the bike original! am being honest, but don't want it to sound too bad because it isn't. It would break my heart if the new owner repainted this bike!

The bike has it's original key and the bike is on SORN. It is nearly 44 years old, so I'm pretty sure it would be Tax and MOT Exempt.

PLEASE NOTE: IN ADDITION TO THE ABOVE BIKE, ALSO HAVE ANOTHER 1976 YAMAHA DT100 IN THE SAME COLOUR WHICH HAVE 60% RESTORED. THE FRAME HAS BEEN PROFESSIONALLY POWDER COATED, THE TANK AND SIDE PANEL HAVE BEEN PROFESSIONALLY REPAINTED AND LACQUERED (I HAD THE ORIGINAL COLOUR GREEN COMPUTER MATCHED). HAD DECALS MADE TO MATCH ORIGINALS WHICH HAVE BEEN APPLIED AND LACQUERED OVER. BRAND NEW REAR SHOCKS ARE FITTED. THE ENGINE HAS BEEN PROFESSIONALLY REBUILT. HAVE MOST OF THE REST OF THE ORIGINAL PARTS, WHICH WILL NEED TO BE FINISHED RECHROMED. WILL LIST THIS BIKE ON EBAY SEPARETELY WITHIN THE NEXT WEEK OR SO. SADLY, TIME AND BUSINESS HAS STOPPED ME COMPLETING THIS PROJECT.
