1992 Yamaha FZR 1000 Exup. Cosmetically tatty, mechanically excellent. Too many bikes and not enough room see other listings.

Bought as non runner in March 2020. Replacement engine fitted. Sorry, can't guarantee mileage but runs and rides superbly. Carbs responded really well to good clean and balance plus float level adjusted and now spot on. Tickover smooth and pulls cleanly throughout the rev. range.
Fully serviced: valve clearances, oil and filter, air filter, fuel filter, plugs, coolant, brake/clutch fluid. Rear suspension linkage overhauled. EXUP valve works like dream (new servo cables and valve removed and greased). Super sticky Conti race tyres (suitable road and track). R1 forks and brakes. Recent chain and sprockets

Lots of work has gone into getting this running well. As final shakedown it did an evening track day at Brands (3 sessions on the Indy circuit) and was brilliant. The bike and tyres were alot better than me!
