It pains me to sell this absolutely phenomenal bike which does just about everything could want. Owned from new at first release and treated with the care it deserves. Totally unmodified, and the only addition is proper Yamaha sports fairing to stop the keys jangling around so much.
Comes complete with the brilliant Shad E48 semi rigid touring panniers and frame in superb condition. Frame can be removed in about five minutes if it's not your thing.
Flew through the MOT last week with only slap on the wrist for slightly slack chain as I'd forgotten to tighten it before heading over in rush.
This bike is comfortable, hilarious on the twisties, capable of touring (if you have thick neck like me), commuting dream, sits at perfectly respectable speed on the motorway and ticks just about every box have ever wanted in bike. The tragic truth is that want to take the wife out more often, and although the bike is perfectly capable of two up motorcycling, the pillion position isn't up to the job for my much better half and so something more akin to two up riding is the next step.
