Yamaha sr 125 cc motorcycle. Welcome to my auction for my sons bike. brought this bike to do up with my 19 year old son, with the intention of him using it to pass his cbt and then to pass his full bike test. As we got nearer to completing the bike his mother put her foot down and decided she didn't want him to have road bike. He has off road bike. She wants him to get car and so we have stopped doing it up. have my own project  and so with reluctance the bike has to go.  Only 30,000 miles and she is 24 years old. Next year she will be tax exempt. 
Log book here in my name.
So the story so far, when we got the bike it wouldn't run had seized brakes and knackered battery. Rusted exhaust and cracked headlight surround. To date now runs lovely and rides fine. New exhaust fitted, recon brake calliper so stops fine now. New headlight surround, New battery fitted. have ridden this bike around the block and all gears work fine and pulls well. Not restricted 125 so quicker than the new ones.  Indicators work fine, brake lights side lights. New number plate.
Comes with Haynes manual and old mot's.
Things to do, horn needs looking at probably something simple. Electric start button needs fixing as currently use screwdriver, great safety feature though. Headlight main beam sorting, new bulb fitted, again probably silly thing. May need new front tyre, looks ok to me. Side panel missing. Probably could do with respray depends how you want it to look.
