Selling 'AS IS' Without MOT or TAX
I bought the bike in 2007 and used it mainly to commute into work.
I started to work from home in 2017 so stopped using the bike, so it has been on SORN since.
Before going SORN the bike was in good working order.The last MOT note said the exhaust was noisy (7.1.2) (19 Sept 2017)
I have recently started the bike and the battery needed charging, which it did easily and has held its charge.
To keep the bike ticking over the choke was required to be fully open at all times according to the local garage this is probably the fuel jets being slightly blocked.
The bike has been kept outside but always under cover. There are some rust spots but nothing that bad (see pics), with the some of the chrome needing attention. The worst area is the chain guard (see pic)
The fuel tank has dint in it and scratch on the top side of the tank.
The front tyre was replaced about 500 miles ago and is thus almost new. The rear tyre is also in great condition which you can see from the pics.
I have filled tiny hole (about or mm in diameter) in the exhaust with some filler in the expansion chamber area in the middle of the bike.
The pillion seat has tiny hole too(See pic).
Brakes and electrics all in good working order.
I am also chucking in spare lens for the brake light.
It is great bike which have thoroughly enjoyed riding. It is good size for woman.I have looked after it well since purchasing it.
