Quick intro for those unfamiliar with this bike:WR250R is dual sport enduro with street engine and street bike service intervals. Oil change at 3000 miles, valve checks at 25000 miles. Sturdy subframe, high mpg, 275mm of dirt bike suspension, super wide gearbox for street/offroad use. Great offroad adventure or green laning bike.Bike has 26350 miles which isn't high mileage for this engine, it is known to hit 100k miles without hiccup since it's design based on the R1 inline engine architecture.
Now to the auction....The good:- Rear shock completely rebuilt, resprung, revalved by GoRace for 90kg rider, works amazingly well both unloaded and loaded, this service costs little fortune, bills to prove it- front fork fully rebuilt with new oem bushings and SKF seals- new EBC front disc with new pads 3k ago- new LeoVince exhaust with an array of different baffles, spark arrestors etc. Great performance, sound and just tiny bit louder than stock. Very sturdy can, will support soft luggage, doesn't need repacking ever!- opened up airbox, exhaust valve removed, electronic dongle fitted so no check engine light- Fastway pegs, currently in low position but can be adjusted 10mm- Renthal RC bend high bars up and forward risers, super comfy setup for tall riders- rally foam grips with grip heaters wired into ignition with sturdy cnc switchgear- solid phone/gps mount with integrated usb socket, additionally there is backup usb in handlebar bag- valves checked and reshimmed 3k ago- EVERY single bearing in wheels and suspension linkage/swingarm changed to quality replacements within the last 3k- sinple but effective windscreen fitted- stronger headlight bulb- new oem black seat fitted years ago, 3d mesh cover is great for both hot and wet weather- fresh Mitas C02 rear fitted 100 miles ago- fornt is 50% Maxxis IT- sturdy alloy bashguard- super stout large tool tube, will support soft luggage- genuine orange barkbusters fitted- chain and rear sprocket have 3k miles on them, front 13t sprocket is new, 14t included- very nice sprocket guard fitted, new sprocket nut- Loobman chain oiler fitted, on demand oiling great for long trips- spare fuel pump, spare oil filter, can of oil and some oem parts included- genuine reason for sale I'm moving abroad
The bad:- steering lock doesn't work as pin got bent in theft attempt years ago, removed the pin, sealed the ignition barrel and never had trouble since, ignition works as normal and there is no damage to the frame- bike has been used offroad so has scuffs and marks, some surface corrosion spots on the subframe etc. would say bike is well cared for and very solid and dependable, just not garage queen
Summary:Soft luggage shown in the picture (Mosko Moto Reckless 80) not included in this sale, might  be persuaded by serious buyer to sell it with the bike at additional cost.Bike is generally set up for tall rider (I'm 6'3'') but suspension can be easily lowered by an inch or so, handlebars dropped an inch etc.I had 690 Enduro before and the little Yamaha is much better bike offroad while zipping along the highway just as well. There is also noticably less vibration on the Yamaha..
