1948 GMC Panel truck short wheel base No motor or transmission, New wheels you can choose color and then I'll mount (4-wheel Vintiques) and New tires (4-1" whitewalls)  Very clean body with minor surface rust. Would make cool bagged panel. We are custom truck shop in Sacramento California and build trucks for customers all over the world.
