This Chevy truck was restored many years ago and shows quite well. The paint still shines and looks great! The body is straight and free of dents and the chrome is in good shape as well. There are few spots where the bondo has cracked, chipped off, please see pictures. Also the floor had new piece of metal put in during the restoration. There is some rust starting to show, mainly on the corners of the cab, please see pictures. The rear bumper has few dents, please see pictures.
The interior is in good shape. The door panels are missing and the headliner is in decent shape, please see pictures. All of the gauges work aside for the fuel gauge and the wipers, the wiper motor was removed at one point and we no longer have it. The original odometer stopped working and new unit was installed, the true miles are unknown, however the old unit will be included which shows 56k. All of the glass is good, free of cracks.
The engine starts up and runs great. This is not the original motor, it was changed out during the restoration years ago, believe it's still 235 just later model? The rest of the running gear is believed to be original. The transmission shifts very smooth. The tires are new, Firestone TransForce HT 215/85R16 and mounted on steel wheels. This Chevy has not been driven much in the recent years, it's been started up once every few weeks and driven around town.
