 1955 CHEVROLET PICKUP
This vehicle is project truck in need of full restoration. It is very good starting point and popular model year.
The drive-train is the original six cylinder motor and can easily be made to run again. Please review the picturesto see the extent of the restoration required.Please note that the extra metal on the box shown in the pictures has since been removed.

The successful "winning" bidder must telephone me at (905) 933-8119within 24 hours after the auction has ended to verify purchase and makearrangements to complete the transaction. $1,000.00 NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT isdue within 48 Hours of auction end. Full payment must be received within 7business days of the end of auction. Payment must made by bank wire transferonly. If funds are not received, and an alternate arrangement has not beenmade, the vehicle can and will be made available to other potential buyers on afirst-come, first-serve basis. The parties agree that this contract shall beconstrued under the substantive laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, thatthe Provincial Court of Ontario, Canada shall have exclusive jurisdiction overany action brought to enforce the terms of this contract or over any actionarising out of the underlying transaction(s) with seller and venue may be hadin the Ontario Superior Court of the Province of Ontario.
