It has under gone full restoration with many upgrades like the V8, Power Steering, Power Brakes, and Air Condition. In the paragraphs to follow we will give brief description of the exterior, interior, and heartbeat of the Chevy, but first we would like to tell you little about us.
Smoky Mountain Traders is classic car dealer in east Tennessee. We are family owned, operated, and own our entire inventory, no consignments, and only deal in muscle cars and vintage auto. You can count on us to have 70 to 80 cars at all times. We don't have big show room that our customers would otherwise pay for. So, that's how we can sell for less than other dealers. We will start off with the exterior of the C10. This truck was pulled apart and set off the frame. After the metal work was done along with hours of blocking and sanding it was covered in the Blue Poly Paint that is base coat clear coat. The paint has deep rich shine that is smooth to the touch with all the jams being nice as well. You'll see the fit of the cab and bed is very good with the side stainless lining up well. Inside the bed new wood floor has been installed along with new stainless strips. This truck has new glass and seals with the side glass being tinted. The bumpers were replaced along with other new chrome, and the grill looks new. The weather stripping has been replaced around the doors, and the side stainless was polished. To finish off the exterior it's sitting on set of 18" Riddler Wheels with the gray centers.
Next, we will look at the interior of the '64. On the inside its nicely done with the bench seat covered in Black Vinyl. The carpet and door panels are also done in black. The metal work inside the cab is done in body color. The steering column was replaced with chrome tilt and it has Rosewood Wheel. When the A/C was installed the vents were added under the dash with the controls being where the stock controls would have been. Also, it has aftermarket gauges and an aftermarket radio.
Finally, we will take look at the heartbeat of the Chevy. Under the hood it's powered by 350 V8 that's dressed with an Aluminum Intake and valve covers with as well as Chrome Breather. The exhaust flows through stock manifolds and duals. This C10 comes with 350 Turbo Trans and 12 Bolt Rear End. It has Power steering and the brakes have been updated to Power with Disc Up front and drums in the rear. Also, the bolt pattern has been changed to Lug front and back. They did good job with the install of Air condition with good fit of the lines and condenser. When you look under this Pick up the floors look solid as does the frame.
