This car is great exampleof what cruising is all about. Listed belowis snapshot of what have done to this beautiful car. General – am the second owner of this car. purchased it in 1991 with 38,000 miles andstarted to restore it. put in arebuilt engine and transmission (0 miles) and painted it. It was then garaged, only to be driven aboutonce year. In 2001, got seriousabout restoring it and this is where most of the upgrades have come from. It currently has complete power steeringsetup installed; it will come with complete manual steering setup also, soyou can decide which you prefer. haveput approx. 783 miles on the car since 1991. I have invested substantially more in this car than asking price. have left out many items that have beenfixed or replaced for length sake, however, nearly everything in it or on ithas been replaced. It is blast todrive and gets lots of looks. Engine– Rebuilt 302 and C-4 automatic(approx. 783 miles); Edelbrock carb., cam and intake; Mallory Unilitedistributor; Canton windage tray and oil pan; Carter fuel pump; new coreradiator with electric fan; Hedman ceramic shorty hedders connected to ½ inchaluminized exhaust pipes with Flowmaster delta flow mufflers. Chassis –Power steering with rebuilt pump, reaction valve and cylinder. All new tie rods and upper and lower controlarms. Power front disc brakes; 1/8inch front sway bar, 7/8 inch rear sway bar. 620 lb. front coil springs (which lowers front inch), leaf mid-eyerear springs (which lowers rear inch); rebuilt inch 3:55 open rearend; KYBshocks. Both driver and passenger sidefront and rear floor pans replaced. Interior– New dash, speedometer and bezel; original Rally-Pac (clock worksoccasionally); original full length center console; Mach seats (seats areblack cloth and velvet); wood steering wheel; new convertible top and carpet;aftermarket AM/FM/MP3 radio (still have original, if wanted). Exterior –Paint is candy apple red put on in 1991 when first started this project, sothere are some rock and accidental chips. The hood and side scoops are added on, this is not Shelby car, the hood scoop is functional andthe sides are not. The underside isundercoated. Wheels – Edelbrock454s polished 17x8 with 225/45R-17 tires. It is shame to see it sitting in my garage notbeing driven, which is why have decided to sell it. The car looks good in pictures, but you mustsee and hear it in person to really understand the true beauty.
