This is freshly painted and newly restored 1972 Custom Deluxe C-20 Longbed pickup, and as you can see in the pictures it is really beautiful.
This 1972 Custom Deluxe 20 Custom Camper pickup has STRONG Cylinder V8 in it and it is running very well. Most of the parts in the engine are original. The cabin also has mostly original parts with the exception of new reproduction steering wheel and dash pad. The engine starts right up and the transmission works well--the brakes are solid--and the engine responds with lot of power. The transmission is automatic speed and shifts perfectly. The original blue interior is VERY NICE, the seat cushion is ripped in many places but is covered by temporary cloth, you would have to redo the seat if you remove the cloth. NICE original dash, NICE replacement dash pad, NICE original gauge cluster, NICE original deluxe door panels and nice replaced steering wheel. etc... ALL gauges work!
This truck is nicely equipped with original power steering, factory heavy duty power brakes with Disc in the front, factory gauge package, original exterior mirrors, WORKING heater and defroster, and seat belts. This truck is great runner and has power to deliver. The engine compartment was fitted with bars to make the compartment stronger and safer in crash. Suspension and drive line seem to be in good working order as well as the electrical system. There is no rust in the cab, but the usual rust on the chassis and in the engine area.

The back white bumper is slightly higher on one side and has small cosmetic cracks along both edges (see photos)--but this bumper is so strong and hardy we could not bend it straight.
The front two wheel wells had the mud guards cut off to accommodate larger tires at one time. (see last photo of wheel from engine compartment POV)
This Pickup is hard to find. In the restoration we did not replace the original tail and side lenses or the moldings. Also so the the dents and dings that were in the cab have not been removed, we sanded them and removed all rust but left them in place, for the original feel. This is working antique!There is no rust below the driver and passenger doors or anywhere on the exterior of the vehicle--we removed it. The bed is tough and has been repainted and the rear door works well too. The original front chrome bumper is good as we repainted the back bumper white. This vehicle is in very good working mechanical condition and it runs and drives very smooth. have taken lots of photos so you can see the overall condition of the truck in detail. Please pay close attention to the picture above and this description as they will answer most if not all of your questions.
