 1981 Chevrolet Corvette BlueVIN: 1G1AY8764BS431468My wife and are the2nd owners of this wonderful machine.The miles areaccurate and the vehicle title will reflect the accurate miles.We are sellingseveral of our toys in order to simplify our life. We are senior citizens andare now looking to acquire condo in FL and we will only be allowed 1automobile and motorcycle.We have enjoyed this 1981 Corvette which drives like new and with only 49,553miles {which will change as we will be driving it until it goes to someoneelse}. I will describe this Corvette tothe best of my knowledge.The radio is an AM/FMoriginal to the car and works perfectly. The radio antenna does not go up anddown but have new one in the box that will go with the car.The seats are inexcellent shape WITH NO rips or tears whatsoever.All instruments ondash work perfectly including theclock.The speed-o /tachometer work perfectly.All dash lights workperfectly.The DASH has NOCRACKS in it.The windshield wiperswork perfectlyThe Windshield has astress crack about 8??? long in the driver left corner. It does not interferewith your vision.The cruise controlworks perfectly.The power windowsworks perfectly.The power door locksworks perfectly.The keys operate theignition, glove box and door locks as they should. The headlightsoperate perfectly.Brakes are excellentand work perfectly. The parking brake DOES NOT work.The automatictransmission shifts perfectly. It does have ???SMALL??? leak around one of theseals BUT it??™s very small and was told not to worry about it.The radiator is brandnew {installed less than 100 miles ago} as the original one finally rusted out.The battery is new{installed less than 100 miles ago}The water-pump waschanged last season {Less than 500 miles ago}.The fuel pump waschanged last season {Less than 500 miles ago}.The driver side T-tophas air coming in and suspect it??™s time to replace the T-top seals. have anew set that will go with the car.The driver T-top hasa long scratch on the mirror finish. It was that way when we acquired thevehicle. It does not bother us.The A/C blows Icecold, all vents operate as they should and the heater works as it should.The exhaust is stillin excellent shape.There is NO RUST onthis vehicle.In 2007 the car wasinvolved in minor accident and was repaired by professional shop andreceived complete repaint at that time. There was no frame damage just damageto the body.The tires are onlythe 2nd set of tires that??™s been on this car and they still havelots of life left in them.I have few extrainterior exterior parts that will include with the car.I have described this1981 Corvette to the best of my knowledge.
