This is very beautiful and wonderful driving automobile. If you always wanted one of these "mini ferrari's this is one you want to own As car enthusiasts and collector I've owned many cars but never fiat spider Always wanted one but they were always problematic, rusty or poorly maintained finally found this one and had to have it. It's the right color combination, recent new paint, top, brakes, suspension ,tires battery, well you get the picture plus it's solid and straight and even has very clean auto check report with only few owners since new. Always garaged and babied by both me and it's previous owners which is why had to have it. The paint job is fabulous It was taken Down to the bare metal, it was base coat clear coat process that was then color sanded and buffed. It's extremely smooth and glossy plus they used Porsche guards red rather than the fiat red which is more red and less orange than the original fiat red. Looks more like Ferrari red which lusted over when saw it for the first time. No rust anywhere which is rare on these cars !! Unfortunately over the last few months my health has been deteriorating plus I'm 66 going on 67 so these old favorite toys of mine need new homes. just can't do what used to do anymore just recently sold on eBay last month my two beautiful MG's. A beautiful red 1960 Mga and magnificent 1972 harvest gold mg midget. Both beautiful and drivable machines. Check my feedback on both those sales !! This fiat is the last antique car in my small collection and without doubt the best driving and handling of the three. It has wheel disc brakes brand new tires with less than few hundred miles on them new timing belt ,water pump and tensioner replaced in the last 500 miles new convertible Haartz Vinl top installed in the last year plus new paint job. In the past year ignition tune up, new front and rear calipers ,new rotors ,EDC green stuff street performance pads and new KYB shocks front and rear. Battery replaced 8/13/15 and new clutch parts at 69,685 miles. Car has only 70821 on it currrently Engine is solid and tight with no smoke while idling or while shifting and driving. Transmission shifts smoothly through all manual gears. Yes it's manual transmission and that's what you really want plus you want the fuel injection which this car has !! Solid floorboards firewall and body panels no rust, no rust ,no rust really nice chrome, very nice and clean engine and engine compartment and beautiful boot Interior is in excellent condition very nice carpets, great seats and console. No cracks in the dashboard rareity in itself and everything works even the clock which is unheard of with these cars plus the Heater, gauges, wiper lights etc. All glass is original and in beautiful condition The original alloy wheels have been redone and look great The front end was totally rebuilt with new control arms ,ball joints ,bushings ,tie rod ends and centerlink and the valves adjusted to within factory spec range. The exhaust system ,muffler and resonator are in very good condition with very low miles on them .Perhaps the only minor flaw is slight loose baffle noise in the muffler but I'm being very picky aboutp that honestly. Stops are powerful and straight ,all electrical circuits working and the Heater works exceptionally well. The previous owner installed new Am/fm /Cd radio stereo Kenwood system. It also allows for iPod/iPhone ready USB port pandora and heart radio ,blue tooth hands free capability. have the manual for the radio and Bluetooth which will be included in the sale plus few sets of car keys for the vehicle You will not be at all disappointed in how this car drives and looks There are cheaper fiat spiders on the market and much more expensive ones as well but dollar for dollar value for value and reliability and drivability on highways and back roads you won't find one much finer than this one for all around performance and beautiful looks and body integrity and structure.
