 Hi selling my 1999 C5 Corvette coupe color red, Interior is black. going to be straight forward this is my 3rd corvette in period of years. Been in car accidents none were my fault. Had full coverage always got back enough to buy another vette. This car is easy to work on forums help lot when you have an issue. Now that being said, bought this vette in march. The car runs great no mechanical issues no rattling, no leaks. This car was own previously by an elderly lady and the car was not mistreated as in abuse but it wasn't babied either when it came to taking care of the paint. Car came from California

 The car is completely stock, on the highway its nice smooth ride. Now bought this car because it was for $10000 and you cant beat that. Obviously it needs some cosmetic work nothing major. Lets not forget its 17 year old car. myself am picky but since knew the motor, transmission and suspension was good didn't care about the rest. The paint ill rate it at 7/10 the door handles are little faded, the leather seats are still in good shape, the carpeting in the driver side next to the arm rest needs to be attached. didn't want to just glue it. The dashboard is in good condition. The heads up Display ill be honest it works but when it wants too. Sometimes it shows all the gauge like the gas, speed and RPMs but sometimes it will just show the speed. didn't mind to much after while you don't even notice it

 Just changed the oil at 97,650 miles. When bought the car it had trouble displaying "Charging System Fault". Now changed the alternator and bought new battery for it. The message still comes up when have the fogs light on. In other words when the car is using to much amps the message pops up. This is my everyday car  no issue hasn't left me stranded. the lights don't dim. although did notice they do dim when lower or raise both windows at the same time. my next move was going to clean all the negative contacts and battery cable terminals. am sure is something minor where something is not getting enough juice.

Another issues the battery is being drained. Now since use the car everyday it turns right on. if don't use it for or days it won't turn on. That's the only issue the car has. am sure its not big deal honestly don't think its an expensive fix. haven't done it because in April applied for summer school and got accepted and work as well full time so studying and work doesn't give me time to work on it. Doing summer term classes are hard. Anyways reason am selling it is to pay for tuition for fall. Financial aid is helping with partial of the tuition and need to pay the rest. Since now am student cant afford this car to be driving from school to work and home. Was trying to avoid to sell it because this car represents my hard work. am going to be fair since haven't work much on it just want what spent on the battery and alternator back. Going to ask $10,500. Title in hand am the 3rd owner no accidents.
