Purchased for road-trip was planning on taking later this year that can now see will not happen. 
Car has been well-maintained and is in good running condition with many maintenance records. just completed hundred mile round trip drive with zero issues. 
Car runs strong and smooth and everything operates as it should.

Observations:
I have spent some time with the car, cleaning it, performing minor maintenance, etc. It shows ZERO evidence of ever being in an accident
Car starts quickly, accelerates with the authority you would expect from 340 HP motor with 375ft/p of torque
Tracks straight on highway, no vibration during operation, no vibration during braking and no pull in steering.
Climate control and all other power features with exception noted below work well. Windows, door locks, moon-roof, trunk release, heated seats, power mirrors, headlight washers, blinkers, windshielf wipers, washer pump, ALL WORK.
Interior is clean with no cracks in dash, and no smells of smoking (cigarette lighter works (remember those£? and appears unused.Car is quiet and pleasant to drive on highway, it moves....
Issues:
Odometer was replaced when car  had 79,947 miles on it with used cluster that had 2,371 miles on it. This has been properly documented and have the document!
Some of the pixels are going in and out again on the replacement cluster. This is fairly easy (and cheap) fix for those technically inclined.
While the clear coat is in good shape, the paint has nicks, scratches and touch-ups in several places. wouldn't say its ready for paint job, would say it needs the touch of professional polish and detail.
The front bumper it came with was pretty worn so replaced it with new one that repainted and clear-coated. am not painter by trade so would say the job was average at best. 
The Iconic Pizza Cutter rims are the same condition as the paint, decent condition and functional but would benefit from some minor restoration work.  
The lumbar adjustments for the power seats do not work (airlines would need rebuild)
The liner on the moonroof shade is droopy but does not affect its operation
