We strive to provide auctions on all in stock unites but due to the conflict of walk in customers purchasing vehicles that may be on eBay auctions, then issues may arise.

* At Auction Close
Successful "winning" bidder must pay $1000 deposit either through paypal or bank wire-transfer within 24 hours after the auction has ended to verify purchase. Meanwhile, winning bidder needs to phone 877-709-0472 and make arrangements to complete the transaction.
Within business days of end of auction, full payment must be received either by cashiers-check, approved bank draft, or certified funds. If funds are not received, and an alternate arrangement has not been made, the vehicle can and will be made available to other potential buyers on first-come, first-serve basis.

If upon personal and/or authorized professional inspection of the eBay purchased vehicle at our facility, buyer finds substantial discrepancy between the published report and actual vehicle, we will either correct the problem at no charge, or work out compromise, or refund all monies paid. Buyer will not be responsible for any eBay related fees and will be dismissed from any contractual obligation with eBay to purchase the vehicle if and only if inspection proves vastly different from published ad.

Fancy Cat Sports Cars accepts cashiers??™ checks or bank approved wire-transfer fund. All buyers pay $65.00 documentary fee.
For California buyer, besides $65.00 documentary fee, $50 SMOG fee and $8.25 SMOG State Certificate fee (not taxable) would be charged at the same time. Fancy Cat Sports Cars LLC collects sales tax for Californian residents. Out-of-state buyers are responsible for their own taxes, registration, etc. in their own states.
