Our 2004 Subaru Forester XT (4 speed auto) has been great third car for us. We bought it in 2012 with 57,000 miles and have added about 22,500 miles in the last years.My wife and work at home and are part time residents. The Forester is one of our Savannah based cars and was used for grocery shopping and occasional short trips. When we are not in Savannah the Forester is stored in climate controlled garage next to my Porsche 911. Recently we had the opportunity to move to Europe full time. We shipped the Porsche but have to sell the Subaru.There are very few exterior scratches or marks. There are no dents and the car has never been in an accident. The largest scratch is on the driver's door molding (see photo).  The wheels are original and also in excellent condition.The interior is very clean. There are no tears, fading, or scratches on any of the seats. The dashboard and center consoles are clean and scratch free. There are no bulges or cracks on any of the plastic surfaces and all the buttons, switches, and instruments work. The air conditioning blows cold. The stereo is original (6-CD changer). All of the floor mats are original and included. The rear compartment cover is clean and works great. The large OEM rubber mat in the back is in great shape too.For people not familiar with the Subaru Forester XT, the "T" is for turbo and it makes big difference. This is fast car. It is also reliable and safe car. We have always felt very confident driving in all sorts of weather with the Forester's All Wheel Drive. It also has great visibility. The big windows make it easy to see in all directions. Excellent quality unmodified Subaru Forester XT's are hard to find. know will regret selling this car when it is gone, especially because know the history and level of care it has received.

All scheduled maintenance has been completed, excluding the timing belt (which is due at 105k miles or 10 years of continuous use).  All records and manuals come with the car.On Apr-20-19 at 12:30:17 PDT, seller added the following information:Note:  was asked question about mileage reporting when it was noticed that the AutoCheck report available in the description doesn't show mileage updates for the time period after the initial Georgia registration in Oct 2012 when started registering the car in Chatham County, GA.  Since Chatham County doesn't require an inspection to re-register, they don't verify mileage.  However do have all of the service records and they have dates and mileage so the mileage progression can be verified if that is important (I've cleaned off the personal contact information so can probably email it.)  
As of this morning, (4/20), the car has 79,790 miles on it.  know that is low for 14.5 year old car but as was stated, we only lived here (Savannah) months per year, both work from home, and it's our third car.  We never commuted to work so this car rarely even sat outside anywhere, except for grocery stores.  We do work lot so we rarely even went on trips with this car (I'm frequently reminded).
