Exterior wise, the car looks beautiful with its gorgeous black paint job. Has few tiny nics on one door but other than that looks excellent.  would rate the paint about 8.5 to out of 10.   Headlights and tail lights look new as well as all the trim around the car.  Convertible top is in excellent shape.  Factory chrome wheels look excellent with no corrosion.Comes with bra for the front end.  
The interior looks excellent all around.  Non smoker car with no bad smells.  Seats both look excellent and carpeting looks brand new including the floor mats!  Dash looks excellent.  Climate control works excellent and AC blows ICE cold.  Stereo works great and has an amp in the back of the car.   Door panels look excellent and center arm rest looks beautiful as well.  
Mechanically, have had the car safety inspected and the mechanic said the car looked as clean as whistle.  Brakes look excellent with only 20k miles.  The car steers straight and drives perfectly smooth.  Mechanic said the Goodyear Eagle tires are in good shape but are older.  No oil leaks or check engine lights to worry about!
