Excellent mechanical shape.  New brakes today (old brakes were at 25%).  New thermostat and oil at 100k miles.
This truck had an easy life for the county doing site survey/misc work.  It never had to tow anything.  There's no hitch and no ball on the bumper (and never had one).  The bad part about survey work is there's lot of narrow roads with trees and bushes so you tend to scratch it up bit.  So the truck has some bumps and dings.  The scratches and bumps take lot off the price for this truck so if you're not into the looks of it, you're getting an excellent deal for low-mileage, well-maintained truck.
I've used it all year as my dirt bike hauler for the fields.  Usually 150-mile round trip.  It's comfortable and the AC is ice cold even when it's 100F outside.  The only thing that doesn't work great is the key can stick sometimes.  little wiggle and it will turn the ignition and that may be annoying to some people.  YouTube says it's an easy fix if you want to pop the cover and bend the ignition tab.  
The original wheels didn't look good and the tires were noisy, so put my 2014 Z71 wheels and tires on it.  So the tires have about 20k miles on them right now.  The negative to the new tires is that the tire monitor flashes for few minutes after start the truck and says to "check tpms system".  added seat covers as there's some stain on the passenger seat.  didn't attempt to shampoo it out but it looks like it won't go easily.  There are no rips/tears in the seats however.
The truck has an 8-foot bed and can haul dirt bikes easily.  bought bigger truck so this one will need to move out of my driveway.  It's really great truck!  And it's as quiet inside as our 2013 GMC Terrain.  It drives easily and there are no rattles, bumps, squeaks or leaks!
Fly in to RDU (Raleigh Airport) and I'll pick you up.  You can seriously drive this thing home anywhere in the USA.  Ask any questions you'd like but expect to show up to truck that is exactly as I've described and seen in the photos.
