Here is CLEAN TITLE, excellent condition 49K miles 2013 BMW 328i from BMW enthusiastic (not dealer or salvage car fixer upper). Always been garaged and babied. The car has dark gray exterior with black leather interior in pristine condition. Dakota leather seat has no sign of wear and tear. I've owned this car for years. passenger seats were rarely used. It's now at 49k miles, just around 8k annually. I've had some preventative maintenance done in anticipation of keeping it. The thermostat, air filters were replaced at the Encinitas BMW under warranty in the last months along with tires. Four brand new Michelin Pilot sport A/S tires were purchased from Costco under warranty and have %80 life. Every single work done on this car has receipt and proof that always OEM parts were installed on it. Oil has always been changed regularly with fully synthetic 5W-30 (around 7500 miles) before the recommended BMW service interval 15000. The car runs perfect and gets 28mpg average. MPG also speaks for the condition of the cars' engine. No issues inside out. It is ready to be enjoyed.
