Up for sale is my 2016 Toyota Corolla Plus 4-Door Sedan with 43,193 miles.  Please note the miles will be higher depending on when the vehicle is sold as use this as my daily driver.  am the original owner of the vehicle.  The Fuel Economy on the vehicle is phenomenal as it gets 29 city, 37 highway and 32 combined mpg.  The color on the vehicle is Slate Blue Metallic and comes equipped with an automatic transmission.  The vehicle has been garage kept its entire life and is in immaculate condition.  There are no dents, scratches, rips, tears on the vehicle and comes from NON-SMOKING HOUSEHOLD.  The vehicle comes with new battery and will be installing new set of tires (shown in the picture) prior to the sale of the vehicle along with getting wheel alignment.   The vehicle needs nothing, just turn the key and go.  The vehicle comes with tinted windows, Husky floor liners (front and rear), Bluetooth, Backup Camera.  also have the original Toyota carpeted floor mats (never stepped on) and will provide those as well.  All the maintenance has been done by the local Toyota dealership in the area.  have been using Full Synthetic oil for the routine oil changes from the beginning. 

For disclosure purposes please note the vehicle was involved in minor accident in November 2017 which was purely cosmetic.  had the passenger front fender repaired and repainted by professional bodyshop in the area.  If hadn't filed police report due to the other person not having insurance it wouldn't have showed up on Carfax.  There was no structural or mechanical damage whatsoever, neither were any of the airbags deployed.    As mentioned above the damage was purely cosmetic.  The incident occured when the vehicle had about 16,000 or so miles, so have driven the vehicle for almost another 30,000 miles since then with no issues.  Again the only thing have ever done to the vehicle is the standard oil changes and tire rotations.  

Also note am currently financing the vehicle so there is loan on the vehicle which will need to be paid in full prior to me receiving clear title and transferring title to the new buyer.  will pay-off the loan as soon as there is commitment on the vehicle if the buyer is paying me in cash.  This process takes about week as have done this numerous times.  Otherwise, if the buyer is financing the vehicle with bank, the bank will handle the transfer of the title and all the necessary paperwork.
