    am offering for sale from my more than 30 year collection of Italian motorcycles this rare and desirable FIVE SPEED Aermacchi Ala Verde. "cinque marce"    250cc. Overhead valve stroke. speed. The US version (Wisconsin) imported in the early 1960s was four speed version like most of the 250s sold in Europe.    In 1960 Harley Davidson bought 50% share of Aermacchi in order to have range of small and mid-size bikes to complement their line of big twins.     Older restoration still in lovely condition. few small paint chips here and there. Not "concours" but in super clean riding condition.     Mechanically very good. New battery. New speedo (old one not working) so mileage is not known. Good correct size tires. Electrics work.  Bike is ready to go.    Clear California title in my name.
