am putting my 1967 Harley Davidson Electra Glide up for sale. bought the motorcycle from the second owner with 70,000 original miles, rode it for one year, and then decided to restore it. The bike was taken apart completely, and painstakingly photographed, rebuilt, and put into new condition by some very talented people. The frame was sandblasted and powder coated, all new bushings, new fork bearings, and new swing arm bearings were installed. The motor was completely disassembled and rebuilt to original Harley Davidson specs. have all photos of the rebuild. The transmission was disassembled and completely rebuilt to new. All new cloth wiring harness, the bike has new clutch with original “Mousetrap” clutch booster assembly. You will not find better clutch pull, easily accomplished with two fingers. New brakes, new stainless steel spokes re-chromed to original Harley Davidson rims and hubs. Oil tank tabs are reinforced and the tank was powder coated. Brand new Avon wide whitewall tires (200 miles). This paint is spectacular Harley Davidson colors (black and birch). N.O.S. regulator, N.O.S. starter motor, original windshield, Harley Davidson generator, more original parts, O-ring chain, 2-over tubes with progressive suspension springs. This took me 3.5 years to finish. More information and pictures are available upon request. have over $35,000 invested with receipts and manuals. NO Trades. I believe that this is an extremely nice example of generator shovelhead.
