This is 1970 Honda CB450 that bought on Ebay in 2008.  It was not running at the time and had some non-stock parts on it.  got it back to stock and had some work on it to get it running again.  rode it back from the shop and put it in the garage, where it has sat ever since.  The bike has the title that came with it, and is not current.  When went to title it the agent couldn't find notary public embossing, and never followed up on it.  The title (Illinois) does not have a  space for mileage, so none is listed.  The odometer reading is not accurate.  It has ding on the tank, visible in the picture.
