Has Spark and compression. Will be an easy fix for someone who knows there way around vintage bikes. 
Probably worth your igh bid in just parts 
Original tank has been refinished and the paint is pretty rough. Inside of the tank looks great and has not been coated
Wheels are decent but have been touched up at some point
Newer tires that hold air
Engine has compression, but will not fire
Exhaust looks to have been touched up at some point, but appears in good condition
