This is an early 1972 Superglide, the early 72 Superglides had the same paint scheme as 1971.  This bike has been repainted and it’s decals are painted on versus the sticker decals.  The engine is original to the bike and runs very strong with its stock Bendix carburetor. The original transmission went bad at some point in it’s life so now the bike has speed Revtech transmission that operates the same as original with its unique reverse shift pattern, up and down as the early Superglides had.  When bought the bike it had belt drive primary and had it converted back to chain system as it would have had originally. When it was apart new charging system was also installed.   The bike has new tires and tubes front and rear and are reproductions of what would have came on it when it was new.  The seat in in excellent condition as is the rest of the bike but remember this bike is almost 50 years old so it is not flawless..  Bike features original drum brakes front and rear.  It also has the factory into exhaust system.  have replaced many aftermarket parts on the bike with NOS/OEM Harley parts to put the bike as close to original as could.  The speedometer wasreplaced prior to me buying it so am not exactly sure of it’s true mileage,it reads 47XX now.  also have few OEM Harley parts for this bike that will be included.  Buyer responsible for shipping and will only ship the bike once the payment has cleared.
