1975 Kawasaki Z1 900. This bike has just been beautifully restored and is ready for the next 44 years of life. 
Runs and drives perfectly and does not leak or burn oil. Every piece on this bike has been rebuilt or replaced. Complete nut and bolt restoration. 
The frame has been powder coated along with every other piece that is black on this bike including the battery box, foot pegs, triple trees and kick stand. 
New tapered steering head bearings have now upgraded the original ball bearings. Swing arm bushings have been upgraded to needle bearings. 
Brand new Doremi bodywork. Perfect, not scratch on it just like the bike had when it was brand new. Original 75 paint scheme. 
The motor has been completely gone thru. The cylinder head has new exhaust guides, springs and viton seals with fresh valve job. Has original 900 “903” cylinder block that has been bored out to 70mm “1015” New rings were installed using stock Kawasaki 1000 pistons. All new gaskets and seals on the rest of the engine. Second gear has been recut on the transmission so no need to worry about it slipping out any time soon under acceleration. 
The list of new parts on the this bike is many; 630 QR chain, intake boots, cables, battery, blinker assemblys, headlight ring, grips, seat, original Kawasaki mirrors, wire harness, right and left hand handlebar switches. 
Rims are respoked, hoops are rechomed and not aftermarket, new sealed wheel bearings, front hub powder coated rear hub polished. 
All of the chrome has been redone and is fresh this includes both fenders.  Fenders are not cheap reproductions. 
Has polished engine covers and fork legs. The forks have new seals and fresh oil.
 Matching motor vin number. 
 Gauges have been restored by Z-Resto and function and look like brand new. 
Brand new Doremi into 4exhaust. This is not cheap set of mrs pipes lot of places are selling now. 
Has brand new Dyna electronic ignition and uses the original coils that have new resistor end caps.
 The charging has been upgraded to solid state system works as it should and checks 14.5 volts when running. No wires have been cut or spliced to do this upgrade. 
Caliper has new seals and is rebuilt with brand new piston. Front master cylinder is new along with all new brake lines and hoses. 
No excuses here. This bike runs and drives perfect and everything works like it should. am not in the business of selling junk or just flipping bikes without going over them like my own. This is nut and bolt restoration and has taken years. sell maybe or Kawasaki’s like this year and the people that purchase them generally say the bikes are better then they expected. have had 3-4 repeat buyers of my restorations. 
Recently Jim the former owner of Redline Cycles from Chicago had chance to see this bike and he said its better then anything else you could possibly find on ebay.
