This is 1976 Harley Electra Glide FLH.  It is numbers matching bike (see photos).
It has clear Mass title that shows 13k but will not guarantee that is the original mileage.  However, this bike has not been abused nor does it appear to have lot of miles on it.  You be the judge.
It is extremely clean.  It does appear that someone spent some big $$ restoring this yet the engine feels like it's stock.  No cam, not stroked, may have had fresh set of rings and the cylinder cleaned up.  It does not smoke whatsoever and it is true rider and collectible. rode this bike for years and it was my regular ride. The chrome is nearly perfect.  Runs and shifts as it should.  
The pictures show it in two states.  One is the old Fonzy look, the other is how it looked in it's original state.  The picture of the B&W bike is an example of how the bike should look.
This is better than money in the bank and you can ride and enjoy it!
I do have everything to change the bike to that orig look in my photos including the rack, pogo seat and vintage windshield.  It also comes with extra seats and misc parts.
I will consider discussing how it could be shipped.  Otherwise it can be viewed in Connecticut or Massachusetts.  If you want clips of it running or more pictures let me know.
Folks.  You won't find cleaner shovel head.  know what is on Ebay and on Craigslist for my reserve and they are no where near as clean as this bike.  Shovesl are the next panheads as far as collectibles go.
